King County Superior Court
Case No. 24-2-21251-5 SEA

An applicant for employment, Michael Voivod, filed a lawsuit against Defendant Sunrise Senior Living Management, Inc. (“Defendant”) on behalf of himself and a class of allegedly similarly situated applicants. The lawsuit, Voivod v. Sunrise Senior Living Management, Inc. (the “Lawsuit”) is currently pending in King County Superior Court as Case No. 24-2-21251-5 SEA, Mr. Voivod (the “Plaintiff”) claimed in the lawsuit that Defendant’s job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range in violation of Washington law. The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendant violated the law.
